A Gold Coast based company have an immediate requirement for a motivated Online Customer Support Officer to join their dedicated and professional team. This is a challenging and rewarding role for the right candidate who is reliable and has a can-do attitude. The role starts as a Permanent/Full Time position for the right candidate. You will be answering customer inquiries, identifying issues, and resolving customer concerns.
Your responsibilities in this position will include:
Interacting with customers by phone, email and live chat in a friendly, supportive and efficient way
Identifying and resolving issues
Resolving customer complaints
Understanding our product range and assisting in online sales
Assisting customers on how to assemble and to use their products correctly
Maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring a quality experience
