Create research paper with infographics - Qualitative Research

Last week, I conducted a Master Class session held during TiECON Chennai ( [login to view URL] ) on the topic of “What makes employees to behave like owners?” Some background on the topic: Everywhere we look, there is a shortage of qualified “good” people who can help bring alive the entrepreneurial vision & take it to the next level. Beyond the table stakes of skills & talent, the differentiator is the mindset & attitude of an employee and how this translates to behaviours that contribute to growth & market leadership. The Master Class looked at every day tools & techniques that an entrepreneur could use to drive engagement & higher levels of ownership in their employees. During the session, a live poll was conducted with ~120 attendees using the Poll EV platform. Questions were relayed sequentially during the hour-long Master Class and audience members used their smart phones to anonymously participate. Response Data was collated in bar charts or word clouds and projected LIVE to the audience helping them to receive real time insights on the questions. This raised their awareness & level of consciousness around the topic. I want to use this poll data, use secondary market research data on Indian startups & create a white paper
