I need to establish construct validity of two questionnaires through EFA and CFA using SPSS and SPSS Amos. The requirements for the project are: 1. Conducting the EFA in SPSS and guidelines on how to interpret the data (should be supported by academic references - social sciences) 2. Conducting CFA in SPSS Amos and guidelines on how to interpret the data (should be supported by academic references - social sciences) 3. How the interpretation of these tests helps establishing (or may be not establishing) the validity of the questionnaire, and what to do in the latter case (should be supported by academic references - social sciences).
