Conduct Qualitative Interviews and Focus Group Meetings

I need to conduct qualitative interview with 2-3 managers in waste management company in your country (or any other company) and 1-2 focus group (8-12 participants) for non-managerial employees in the same company to investigate reasons behind job insecurity and weak performance appraisals. This is for a research to study the weak relationship between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and performance appraisals (one relation) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and job insecurity. I will provide you the questions and you need to write down the answer for each question in English for each interviewee or member of focus group. Intention is to take your collected data and deduce themes out of them. Also, Intention is conduct interviews until answers are saturated (i assume that saturation can be done with the third interviewee). You may need audio recording to capture what they are informing in both types (interviews or focus groups), but I need the written version only. I recommend to go for real company and inform them about the research. It shall be anonymous with no names included. U need to make sure for managerial, u select high caliber employees and for non-managerial you select normal low-middle qualifications. any company u select that has social activities (CSR) for its employees and for its community. Better to search for that company that high turnover also to explore reasons job insecurity and weak performance appraisals. What you need are employees or staff that can talk in detail about their experience related to these topics and to company's CSR activities for them or for their community. As you know it is a qualitative research (I'm not aiming for straight answers)
