Business model Generation

I have to design a business model supported by a research paper in the area of ' Training Solutions'. The Basic idea around which the model is to be designed is ' Quality of Education' in India and need effective training of teachers and students . The prospective customers could be NGOs, Schools and Universities in India. So, for designing the business model a kind of need analysis is to be done and whether the business could be profitable. The key areas of research and presentation could be: 1. Need Assessment ( It should be a thorough analysis covering recent studies, skill gap analysis, etc) 2. Key Customers : 3. Key Activities 4. Revenue and Cost Analysis 5. Key Resources Requirement [login to view URL] of Cash Flows and Investment required. 7. Key areas of Business Operation ( As in prioritizing the Key customers in order of geographical coverage, prospective revenue generation possibilities based on need analysis) 8. The next 10 Year Plan ( breaking down it to yearly, Half Yearly and quarterly ) The business shall be commenced with Delhi, India being principal Place of Business. After finalizing the Model, a ppt presentation would also be needed for presentations.
