Unity/UE4 Survival Mode Game - Priority in the RPG & Building Platform

Hello. As many other people I enjoy the RPG (initiate wars, kills etc.) instead of the bloody gore you see on "Rust" which is going to be the premises I am looking to build a new game. I want people to be able to put more of a personal-touch to their homes and decor and be able through a large mesh system by deciding the size of a object being used for building such as food, tiles, rock etc. I like the idea of big open sandbox games and the ability to form a community and also bring out their personalities in the game and architectural skills, and this is a good example of some building I would love for all the different building-object to be able assemple something like this: [login to view URL] The building system to rust is very limited and there is no room for personal objects to be build, being able apply little pieces at a time could allow for a lot of unique constructions. The idea is to make effort worth the while so that [login to view URL] decisions has a meaning and purpose. The imagine in my head is like GTA V but everything in the game is built by players! Now that is a pretty big dream of mine to be able for people to buy plots and build in their property, and have people truly value their belongings. There is probably a lot of people out there who will get what I mean immediately and I know how many people are waiting for "Identity" to be release, but I want to shape the community WITH the players. If you think you have the skill, time and reasonable working hours and pay I would like to talk to you. I am a native-English speaker and there has to be little to no language barrier her cause I will be giving extremely detailed answers in English to questions. I know that "Rust" in coded in Unity and that technically its open source for everyone to make a rust game, however I want mine to be more what they did with ARMA 3 and made "Arma Life", but this will be a completely different game. Looking for long-term employee's who are passionate about their skills and I do appreciate formalities during work as to not lose focus.
