3d Stingers and Intro for PUBG Talkshow

My team is putting together a weekly show on PLAYER UNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG) in the spirit of early 2000's Sportscenter. We need a ~30 second intro featuring live-action recordings of us (which can be provided with chroma-key background) spliced into PUBG highlights and a 3d environment. We also need brief (~3 second) stinger graphics to introduce different show segments (i.e. - THIS WEEK'S TOP 10). General style direction of these graphics is "3d graphics just got invented and we have a huge budget to spend on making them look waaaay over the top". "We're not playing it for laughs, but we know it's cheesy". "So cheesy it's good". Stingers are same style, but a single dynamic title: "THIS WEEK'S TOP 10", "GUEST INTERVIEW", "TEACHING TIME", etc. - ideally a simple template could be used to tack titles onto, it would be a plus if the template could be shared with us in a format we could edit ourselves on Sony Vegas or comparable software.
