I need a Lighting Designer

We are a busy lighting company where I do all our design work. As we get busier I find I cannot perform my other MD roles adequately as I am caught up doing lighting designs. I am looking for a professional lighting designer who is an expert in DiaLux, and can provide a fast turnaround. We are especially known for retail and commercial design. If you can put together lighting proposals as well as design then that is even better , but we do have staff who can do this.
