I also have knowledge about a lot of standart industrial components and manufacturing techniques. I have also workshop experience like welding. cutting machining etc... I can make realistic rendering of this machine. You can see some example on my portfolio, i have experience on picture to 3d works. I can make this machine from directli images. but some dimensions or some technical drawing would be wonderful :) And if you have an english version of the document or if you can translate it, it would be wonderful too.
