hello sir/ma'am we would like to propose to your project, we are experts when it comes to house design, we have a lot of experience in this field here in our locality, we can do floor plans ,1st floor, 2nd and/up to 3rd floor and rooftop plans, foundation plans, columns and beam details, windows/doors/canopy/roof details and other details to comprise a COMPLETE floor plan. in regards to the 3D views, we use SKetchUp and Vray to make a realistic perspective, (samples are shown in our portfolio), normally we can finish this project less than a week , but we need to focus all of our resources to this project and that cause the payment to increase, that is why we offer a less payment for longer timeframe, . but since we are still a new freelancer here , we can do the job less than the 7days timefrrame without any raise of paymentm this is also to make good relationship between us and for our more future work. :) when hired by you, we will do a daily update of our work so that you can make a minute change or you can track our work (we won't charge anything if you have any reversions to be made in the project. :) ) if you have any suggestions or inquiry please do tell us sir/ma'am, we are very much willing to ;isten and negotiate, thank you very much :) we hope to work with you soon
