3D animation involving human anatomy and product

I am looking to create a short animation showing how our product works in the human body.
Outline:
1. Start by showing our device and beauty shot with our messaging.
2. Show our lead with coil bending and flexing.
3. transition to person standing upright showing their back (silhouetted or 2D person). Highlight the area where the lead is implanted
4. Transition to show the person bending over, focusing on the spine action.
5. Fade in a picture-in-picture scene to show the lead bending with the corresponding body movement.
6. End with device/lead beauty shot and messaging.

I am basically trying to recreate the first 20 seconds of this animation. The product pictures are old and have new names attached to them now. Fast forward to 2:50. I need to highlight that our lead moves when the patient moves. The coil that is used in the example isn't a good representation.
