This is a project for an experienced R and R Shiny developer, preferably with experience in ShinyDashboard, the lubridate, dplyr, tidyr, tidyverse, [login to view URL] and reshape2 library.
Knowledge of (algorithmic) trading in FX & futures is a plus.
Existing R & Shiny R code will be provided as a guideline,
so it's a combination & adjustment project.
A Shiny/R app needs to be produced, with the source code preferably written in Rstudio:
Shiny version 1.5.0 [login to view URL]
R versions > 3.0.2 [login to view URL]
RStudio Version 1.3.1073 [login to view URL]
Using R Shiny interactive dashboards ([login to view URL] can be used)
A number of non-uniform csv datasets will be provided (trading track record), with varying data formats with observations at non-evenly spaced dates,
and different variables, but all datasets have certain variables in common.
The data formats need to become uniform, and it should be possible to apply the functions of the R "PerformanceAnalytics" library:
-> R code needs to be written/edited to automatically make all the datasets uniform, so future data from different formats will also be compatible with the app
-> downloaded daily data from Yahoo Finance needs to be combined with the existing datasets, to create balance and equity curves for a daily resolution
-> it should be possible to select only certain categories of a variable, and this selection is used in all tabs (i.e. only certain fx pairs, or only long positions)
-> certain calculations should be made on a certain timeframe: i.e. 3 months, 6 months
-> results should be exportable (in csv for the calculations, and png or jpeg for the images)
-> there should be a possibility to manually upload new csv data
So existing code bits can be combined into 1 app, data format issues need to be resolved, and the existing functionality should be slightly expanded.
You can find a few examples in attachment.
It is similar, but more complex than the following examples:

IMPORTANT: The budget is negotiable. If you deliver good work, (a lot) more work can follow.
Dear Prospective Client,
I've been developing advanced Rshiny apps for several years and would like to work on your project.
I assure you that you will be impressed by the quality of my work as did every single client of mine.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely.
Hi,
I am having more than 7 years of experience in R/RStudio/RShiny.
you can go through my feedbacks to see if I am the right match for the job.
I would love to discuss this one to one on chat.
Thanks & Regards,
Sumit
Hi there,
I have 3+ years experience in computing and visualizng structured/unstructured data using R Studio and developing ShinyDashboard.
One related project that I have finished was creating a dashboard to classify economics article using Shiny as you can review in my portfolio.
From the project descriptions you mentioned above, I would finish it by:
1. Tidying up and standardizing all the datasets from all sources (inc. Yahoo Finance) in array/data table format so that it can be integrated with future data specification
2. Defining and formulating all of the calculations for the expected results in R Language
3. Designing UI layout, fields needed and variable selection
Since it is a dashboard with high specification and customization I would offer you a continued support regardless the project timeframe.
I am excited to work with you. Please feel free to contact me to discuss further.
Have a nice day.
Best Regards
