Users should:
• have a unique and stable identifier
• have a random password generated and stored securely
• belonging to the group of their department (accounting, etc.)
• be updated if they change group or name
• be able to be updated without having to create a new account or reset the existing one
• be deleted when they have left the company
Expected results :
- use of modules (csv, sqlite3, configparser)
- cutting the code into modules (several files)
- code as clean and commented as possible
- use of function
- clean / optimized / functional code
