WooCommerce Execute Rcon Commands on successful recurring payment / payment.

Hi, Our Gaming Community currently has a website setup in which we manually complete orders to our gaming servers we would like to automate this process, We are looking for someone who can programme this in. As we run multiple game servers this will need to work with multiple games Ark Survival Evolved, Rust, 7 Days to Die, MineCraft & Space Engineers. All of these connect via RCON Protocol and from my research one of the best ways to connect is using python. The idea we have behind this is that there would be a section adding into Woocommerce Settings that would allow us to add multigame servers Fields required would be Server IP, Rcon Port & Rcon password. Once we have this information we would then be able to assign this to a product and run specific commands on order, recurring, cancellation or Refund. Once you are in a woocommerce Product there would be 3 more fields that are repeatable allowing you to select from a drop down when to run the command for example Initial, Expiry, Refund, Chargeback, Renewal, The next field would be command you wish to run with a short code for the customers steam id ( This is already stored in another table ) and finally assign a game server / servers to a product. The above will also be assigned to Product Variations. There is something simalar already but this does not work with Yith Subscriptions nor does it work with other games, I thought I would throw the link in here just to give you an idea of what we are looking for.
