I had a look at your URL, as well as the GTMetrix report you had provided and additionally ran a fresh scan on the URL as well. It looks like most of the issues you are facing are due to static assets/resource loading, and some heavy Javascript heavy lifting which is hindering with the initial page load time/speed. Do you have a quantifiable state you wish to get to in terms of the desired performance/load times/speed etc in mind?
