Template Setup and Configuration - Nagios Core Two things you need to realize upfront.. 1.) Our business is IT and we're an ISP/MSP with a lot of knowledge and functionality. 2.) WE HAVE NO CLUE WHAT WE'RE DOING WITH NAGIOS, but that's why you're here! What we need; 1.) Someone to help guide us through the process. a. Instruct us how to change generic templates in order to accommodate future manufactures. b. Make sure final templates are complete and that we get all the information we need. c. Suggestions or information you've found work better than what we may be trying. 2.) Templates for the following manufacturers; a. Cambium Networks b. Mikrotik c. Motorola Canopy d. Ubiquiti What we have; 1.) We have a spreadsheet thats probably 70% complete.. It contains most of the specialty MIBs. 2.) General MIB lists from the device manufacturers. 3.) Old Zenoss monitoring server you WILL use for reference. (It has most information you'll probably need) Once you are rewarded the project, you are responsible for telling us exactly what you need. Keeping in contact throughout the project is a must. (With the Freelancer mobile application being available, there are no excuses we can't communicate daily.)
