*Needs to be coded in python3 *Server should be a separate program from the client *Protocol can only send messages not longer than 100 bytes *Successfully transfer large binary files of at least 1 MB *Client and server should do something when the protocol is unable to transfer the large file *Protocol should print data such as measured RTT and throughput.
