I will also need general information about what the script used to do and what you want it to do in the future to help me get the larger picture. should the saved that be in a specific format? You said you wanted to also save the data in SQL database, is there a database you're using or I can create a new one ? that's all.

Hi, We're an organization that specializes in web and software development and our teams are well versed with scripting languages such as PHP, Python and Perl along with Programming languages like C, C++ (v14), Java and Haskell. I have programmed APIs of Zabbix and Openstack. I once had a job where I had to extract data from Zabbix using it's API then put the data into a CSV file. And on many other occassions I had to maintain data about the system. I have worked with Mariadb (MySQL server), and learned oracle SQL during my studies. As I have developed on UNIX, cron is familiar to me. I can schedule cron to run the job at the same time everyday.
