Need a python script to create xml sitemap from the list of urls provided in text file

Each sitemap have a max of 9999 links

provided url list may have links in lakhs so it should automatically name output sitemap as [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and so on.....

Provided url is also having some extra enters so you have to check the link validity as well...
