Messaging Database

Looking for developers/engineers with Python, docker, and/or AWS experience to work on a complex project that relies on numerous AWS services through AWS lambda. The project takes a CSV file, conditionally sends messages via SMS and Email to recipients within the CSV, and tracks sent messages and other information in a SQL database. This is an existing working project that functions mostly via python3 and AWS lambda functions and an existing SQL schema. The requirement is for a developer/engineer to assist with parts or all of this project. Primarily to extend either functionality, or to 'polish' existing code. For example, the main functions are written in python as lambda functions. The code has been ported to a python library, but is not implemented yet. The library needs to be set up as an AWS lambda base layer either as a native python layer, or as a docker container that implements that library. Additionally, I'm looking to set up cloudformation templates and other automation to make duplicating this architecture more efficient. The current architecture is attached as '[login to view URL]'.
