Integrate Raspberry with pyTelegramBotAPI and with a own Bot of Telegram

Hi, I need a small project, with Raspberry and pyTelegramBotAPI. The tasks to do are the nexts:

- On /help command the bot will show available commands.

- Enable and disable outputs/relay.... On command "Enable out1" enables output 1.... on command "Enable out2" enables output 2.... and so.... too commands to disable 4 outputs "Disable out1"... out2 out3 and out4.....

- Read input states and show it on Telegram (all through configured bot)... all inputs will has a pullup o pulldown resistor.... and a switch... when activated the bot notify for this input activated "Activated input1".... to "Activated input4".....

First we will configure 4 inputs and 4 outputs and we will still cooperate to adding more features in the future.
