Implement new functions on Website (only Python professionals)

You have to add 3 new functions to my website. Attention: Only high skilled professional workers!! This website is very hard to understand. No Junior Developer… The website is separated by country. Every country works “like a single website”, but anyway all the countries are together. Please ask for more information’s and take you time to control all. Accept this job only if you understand 100% all my requires. Programming Language: Python. Framework: Django. CSS Framework: MaterializeCSS. Frontend Library: JQuery and others. BD: Postgresql Cache: Memcache. Server Info: Ubuntu Server 16.04 Function 1: Automatic publish on the Facebook every day nr.x photo reports Details: - The first uploaded albums - Free selection of how many photo reports will be published for each country Function 2: Automatic import events from Facebook pages into the website and show them for the right CLUB with all information’s and right format. Details: - Control every 48 hours if there are new events or changes on the Facebook pages. - I want that you solve this by adding the Facebook page link into the CLUB description directly on the CLUB PAGE. Function 3: Automatically create a GUESTLIST for each event where the user can register himself for a place in this GUESTLIST. The user must also be able to select if he brings a guest (nr.1) to this event. This GUESTLIST must be sent as a list (excel) to the emails added to the CLUB before. With Email Object: GUESTLIST FROM [login to view URL] - for [name club] - [event name]. On the list, there must be shown only FIRST NAME and LAST NAME of the user. *** Details: - Free selection of how many places are available in each GUESTLIST (selection in CLUB PAGE // the standard it is 20 places, each can bring 1 guest). - The GUESTLIST close nr.x hours before event close (Free selection of how many hours before the start of an event. Standard 12 hours). *** REMEMBER: To register for a GUESTLIST the user (not staff) has to register (with Facebook or Twitter and add his first name, last name, gender and email. Every user must select a username and password). This information’s will be saved and it must be possible for ADMIN OR COUNTRY MANAGER to download it as excel file. (after the first registration the user can login with his access data. If a user loose his access data, he must be able to recover automatically the password).
