Hire a Linux developer to fix bugs of web app

** This task is for an experienced developer looking for a challenge to fix an existing web application. Must be familiar with LINUX, PYTHON, FLASK, CELERY and SQL. Please apply only if you are confident to fix. **

Our website [login to view URL] is launched but there are bugs to be fixed and functions we want to be added. To summarize, here the bugs to be fixed:

1. The server is very unstable. Bad gateway sometimes appears and user has to clear cache in browser every time to login again.

2. Original functionality of the app includes posting to Twitter and Facebook (words and pictures), as well as a scheduling function which allows user to set a date and time to have their post posted. All these functions are not working well. The app said it is posted but when we check in Twitter and FB, nothing is posted. Besides, there is problem in linking to the FB account. "Internal Server Error" occurs once I entered the FB account details.

We'd also like to add two new functions (pls refer to attached pics):

1. $ upgrade page after user signs up as a free user: Currently, if user wants to upgrade from free user version to PRO version, he needs to notify us and we need to do it manually in the admin panel. However, we want this to be automatic. i.e. Once user click "$ upgrade", we want him to be directed to the paypal page where user can pay instead of showing the sentence "Please contact support to upgrade your plan".

2. On the homepage, there is a button where user can sign up as a PRO user: Currently, this button jumps to the free user sign up page, then he has to click "$ upgrade" and then email us that he wants to be a PRO user. However, we want this to be automatic. i.e. We want it to jump to the paypal page directly instead of sending email to us to upgrade it manually.

We are willing to pay USD50 ~ 200 for this project.
