I don't think there is all that much I can say about the proposal. I seems very simple, I would use the good old Tkinter module, add any specifications you need. I'ts a fairly standard functionality, so I probably already have it from some other project, I will just take that code and adapt it to whatever you need.

Hi, i will create a sqlite database to store the contact, phone number, web, and i will create a search entry and button, and when we click the button, it will query to the database, and we will display the output on the GUI form. I will use tkinter python to make the GUI.

This will done by using utkinter library that will provide the gui and fast search will be done using binary search algorithm in the list of the name ,url ,address and phone. I think it's easy task to me and you will do it perfectly for 10 $ only and in only one day.
