GSuite Advanced Email Tagging

Hi There, My name is Mark and I own and operate a software development business with a small team of developers I keep very busy in areas unrelated to this project. I have extensive experience in the field of knowledge and document management as well as full information lifecycle management and access control of emails and documents, including advanced tagging/labelling and group-wide searching. Email and documents, in particular those stored in GSuite, are often the core of all information held in an organisation. While users can manage their content using folders and labels - and some do this better than others - this is largely left to the individual and does not represent a reliable or consistent means for corporate content to be tagged and organised. This means it is inherently difficult to capture all emails related to a "project" or a "customer", even those that don't contain the project name or reference or indeed the customer name. My company has in the past developed a solution to this on Lotus Notes and while this was almost 10 years ago, it appears that this problem has still not been solved. This project is about applying your skills around the GSuite development environment and in particular the Google Vault API to extend the existing functionality of the Vault based on proven, centrally managed group-wide labelling/tagging concepts to achieve a truly comprehensive picture of related content across the organisation. This is more than "Matters" and is aimed at being available to most, if not all, users within a GSuite domain to allow them to find email and documents content related to a project, customer or other topic, they are permitted to see. This project could develop into a partnership. To be considered for this project you will need to demonstrate the necessary technical skills to write the required app[s] in Python. First and foremost, you will need to demonstrate good character, integrity and reliability. These qualities are of equal or even greater importance to me than your technical skills.
