I can definitely write a Python script to get the Latitude and Longitude of any city, address, etc. I can even give you an executable so you don't have to go through the hassle of installing python libraries. I will customize the script to take in any type of inputs - address, zip code, state, city, etc. I would love to take up this project and I can do this in half a day.
