I'm looking for a developer who can develop the Email marketing and SMS marketing features in my Django site. The database we use is MySQL, so he should be proficient in mysql.

Along with this, there will be API integration also. A good API for email marketing like sendgrid or something else and for SMS marketing we will use Exotel ([login to view URL])

If any installation is required on server, that also should be taken care by the developer.
