Get Manga published on any major Japanese Manga magazine

I have been working on this manga for eight years, and the hardest part of it all has been submitting it. I've done my research and you have to be in japan to submit to Shonen Jump. Even then it still has to be a pretty good manga to get them to talk to you. I don't have the time to go to japan with a chance to get rejected. So I need someone who lives in japan or is in any Japanese manga industry, to help me with this.
