Vice President & Secretary for a non-profit Organization

Good morning, I am founding a non-profit cultural association of which I will be the President. Unfortunately, for the moment, there is only one associate. A minimum of 3 people is required to be able to regularly establish a non-profit company in Italy. For this reason I'm looking for 1-2 people who, in the face of a symbolic fee for the disturbance (around 70 euros), are willing to fill the role of vice president and secretary for a couple of months (as long as the association will not have collected new associates). It is a matter of holding a symbolic role in the association, without any kind of responsibility or burden, moreover you will never be required to share bank or other data. The association is non-profit and will manage a joint purchasing group (GAS). It is required that the candidate does not have any kind of criminal precedent. Purtroppo essendo una nuova iniziativa, per il momento, é presente un solo associato. Per poterla regolarmente costituire servono un minimo di 3 persone. Per questo motivo sto cercando 1-2 persone che, a fronte di un compenso simbolico per il disturbo (70 euro), siano disposte a ricoprire il ruolo di vicepresidente e segretario per un paio di mesi (fintanto che l'associazione non avrá raccolto nuovi associati). Si tratta di ricoprire un ruolo simbolico e senza alcun tipo di resposabilitá o onere, inoltre non vi sara mai richiesto di condividere dati bancari o altro. L'associazione é senza fini di lucro e gestirá un gruppo d'acquisto solidale. Si richiede che il candidato non abbia alcun tipo di precedente penale.
