Project description After a ban of more than 35 years, Saudi Arabia is now allowing public cinemas to open. For our company (a cinema consultancy business) we’re currently looking for a freelance project assistant / coordinator to provide project support in relation to the development and opening of several cinemas in Saudi Arabia. The job will entail the following: Project Planning o Maintain and monitor project plans in SmartSheet o Arrange and set up weekly meetings (conference calls) with all parties involved o Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings (conference calls) o Liaise with consultants and update weekly deliverables overview Providing administrative support as needed o Liaise with client to arrange travel (accommodation) for consultants o Log and process consultants project cash expenses and receipts for recharge o Download and check consultants time sheets o Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project o Set up and manage internal project calendar (meetings, calls etc.) Skills and Requirements - Proven work experience as Project Assistant / Coordinator or similar role - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Competency in Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of file management, transcription and other administrative procedures - Flexibility and ability to work to last minute deadlines - Ideally have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/ or SmartSheet - As part of this contract you will need to sign an NDA and register your time spent in our time registration app. Duration - Start date ASAP - The contract will be for a minimum of 3 months (Nov ‘18 – Feb ‘19) but will likely be extended beyond Feb. ‘19 Location (UK) - It is fully expected that the work can be done remotely, however the candidate would need to be willing to make the occasional (1-2 x per month) journey to our office in London Victoria to attend project meetings.

I believe I am well-suited to the position because my skills perfectly match the skills needed for this job. So everyday is something new and I like that. That makes my job not boring and I love being challenged.
