I believe I am well-suited to the position because my skills perfectly match the skills needed for this job. I have been a virtual assistant for two (2) years now and have done a variety of tasks for executive clients such as email management, calendar scheduling, travel planning, purchasing and some customer support via email. I also do basic social media management and mainly HR tasks such as recruitment and employee engagement. The tools that I’m using are Google Suite, Trello, Slack, Skype, Zoom, Canva, Shopify, basic Wordpress and HR information software like BambooHR and Bitrix24. As an assistant, I am a self starter, quick learner and very optimistic and passionate towards work. And because of this I believe that these skills can be very helpful to the position that I am applying for and that I can contribute to the business and to the team.
Moreover, The tasks of an Executive Assistant is something that I enjoy doing because it’s not a routine type of job and that I get to do different tasks with different department and colleagues depending on the instructions given to me. So everyday is something new and I like that. That makes my job not boring and I love being challenged.
