Hi there! The project description doesn't say much about the scope of work but it seems you require PLC programming for the controls and SCADA configuration for monitoring purposes. I am based in Bengaluru but I can handle all aspects of design and implementation from here. Here is how I would go about it: 1. Gather scope knowledge and project budget 2. Prepare methodology, bill of material, I/O list, recommendation for hardware & software and initial proposal for your consideration 3. Write the PLC program for the controls in any of IEC61131-3 languages. Prepare HMI/SCADA interface and send you the simulation sample for acceptance. 4.
