Engineer an off grid power system for Oceania Region

I’m a electrician that is looking to market a remote off grid power unit for the Oceania region. It needs to be scaleable and within Australian/New Zealand Standards (AS 4509 Stand-alone power systems, AS 3000 etc). All forms of power generation to be considered including PV, hydro, wind etc. Must have specific electrical engineering qualifications to be considered. There is a considerable opportunity within the organisation if this product meets expectations.
