Hello I will help you in design of EV charger and wall mounted holder . I will make an ergonomic design of the charger so that the user can hold comfortably and easily with minimal design using 2 colours combinations of Ivory white and light parrot green or sky blue. We can design outer body enclosure / charger shell with plastic so that the user feels smooth and safe to use. This shell will enclose the charger parts LED indicator and connector. LED will be located so that it is easily visible to the user. The main frame can be designed with GI steel which will be corrosion resistant and will be having strength to hold the parts. And wall mount holder will be designed so that cable will be wound around the holder . After 3D modeling and detailed design we can make 2D drawing at part level and at assembly level with application of GD&T as per ASME Y14.5M standard. i am skilled in CAD software CATIA ( Best suitable for outer form design and surfacing).
