Thats why I am designing a product according to manufacture-ability. I have 20+ years experience of design and manufacturing, as well as product design and DFM (Design for Manufacture). As I am working as a freelancer, most of my work is protected by respective owners and I can only show you 2% of my work. I am working on Catia V5, Inventor, Creo, Solidworks, GeoMagic, RapidForm (GeoMagic Design X), AutoCAD, MasterCAM, PowerMill, EdgeCAM, SurfCAM, Audesk Fusion 360 and all major CAD/CAM systems expertly. I can design plastic product, I can design mold tooling, I can design special purpose machine, I can make drawings, I can manipulate scanned/point cloud data and convert it to editable and/or non editable 3D model, I can make CNC programs (3, 4 & 5 axis) for those molds/tools/machined parts, I can guide you for entire manufacturing process for mold/tool/machine/product and/or provide you molds/dies/tool/moldings etc.
