Need help with setting print files

I'm designing a program for an event and we are using [url removed, login to view] to print it. I'm not sure how to set up the files, they are asking for pdf files with 'reader spreads'. I'm designing this program in photoshop so I need help with the conversion to their format. See attached template file for a better understanding of what nextdayflyers needs.
