Xamarin application for iOS/Android with Push Notification

We need a simple app that helps people collectivly save money and remind them to pay through push notificaiton. First screen (Main screen) has a list of savings projects and user can create a new project and become the manager for that project. Savings manager can create a savings project with project name and monthly payment amount after the project is created he can invite people to join and the app will calculate the total project value as well as start / end time depending on share value and total number of people added. Furthermore the manager can share the project as a URL to potental subscribers, if the user has the app installed clicking the URL adds him to the project and the link expires (one time use) if he dosnt have the app the link directs him to the playstore. Second screen: after a user clicks on a savings project that he is part of from the first screen he will see two tabs. One tab contains a list that represents the subscribers turn table , the list shows the subscribers name, turn date and status wither the payment was given or being collected or blank for future payments. Manager can control wither the subscriber names are private or visable for all .Only the manager can control the order of subscribers , turn date and update the payment status. Second tab is a comment area (Would be a plus if its a Instant Messaging area) where project members can communicate. Third screen (manager only), when user clicks on a turn from second screen/first tab. This screen has the list of subscribers and their payment status for that individual month wither they have paid their individual share or not with a check box for the manager to mark as paid. he can also send individual reminder through push notification or to all subscribers to pay for a month. -The app is targeted for Android and iOS and code to be handed over. - To have the data synced between devices, a mySQL back end is preferred to host the project data as well as push tokens - hosting and any other back end requirements will be handled by us including uploading the finished project to Play and Apple stores -UI should support multiple languages - Must be in Xamarin and be written in clean understandable code - Project time should not exceed two months Further details and screen sketches can be provided after initial agreement
