[login to view URL] Repair of Hacked Web Site

Our web site was hacked a number of months ago, and was used to spam out email. The login admin console was disabled by the hackers. It was identified by Google on its search engine results as being hacked. The email sending component of the web site has been disabled by the web site hosting company under instruction from us. The works we require are

1) Re-establisment of a functioning admin console, cleaning of any foreign or hacked code which might still be located inside the web site.

2) The checking on all spam and blacklisted sites where the web site is blacklisted and if it still is, removal of the black listing

3) Identification of where the possible hack took place and recommendation on how to prevent it taking place again.

4) The following of Googles recommended actions for the removal of the hacked warning if it still appears,

These will be 4 milestones on the project.

1) Establishment of a log in console to a cleaned web site.

2) Final Checking and removal of it from black listed sites.

3) Identification of where the hack took place and recommendations of how to prevent this taking place again.

4) Removal of the Google warning from the search results if it still appears

Whilst we are in the process of implementing the design and construction of a completely new web site, the scope of work which will be posted on free lancer shortly, this current project is being posted in order to for us to maintain a functioning web site until the new web site goes live.

The winning of this project and successful completion of works, will provide the tenderer with a trust advantage on the next stages of our internet projects which will involve, the new main web site, and subsequent revamping of an additional 12 web sites we currently have as landing pages, together with the construction and deployment of an additional number of new web sites as we currently hold over 150 domain names related to our products.

We no longer have access to the original web site developer, whilst we have passwords with the hack we can no longer get into the site, the web consultant tendering this project needs to bear in mind that the aim of this project is not to re do the web site but to get it into a functioning state until we are ready to go live with the new site. Completion of these works will ensure that they are given the opportunity to tender on the next stages of the project with the advantage of a proven track record,
