Writing source code for a responsive, shopping cart in an already existing PHP project using PHP version 7.1.17, Bootstrap 4.1.3 and jQuery 3.3.1. -- 2

Summary: This is a project for a PHP programmer or a small team. The person or team that will undertake this project has to have proven experience in “PHP 7.1”, “jQuery 3.3.1”, responsive PHP pages with “Bootstrap 4.1.3“, WebApps (written in PHP and MySQL), writing SOAP clients in PHP 7.1 (that query SOAP web services and manipulate their XML responses) and MySQL. Please place your bid only if you have a portfolio of project, or projects that were based on these skills. We may request to send us samples of your past work on this subject. The nominated person, or team will have to sign and send us a "Non-disclosure agreement" and an “Intellectual Property agreement” document regarding this project before starting to work. We pay for “deliverables” only and as “deliverable” project we consider a project which: a) your Application has exactly the same “look & feel” as our, already existing, PHP application b) you built the Application by following all the instructions included in this document, c) you send us the result, full working, source code of the project for installing it and testing in our own programming environment, d) the Application is running smoothly on our own web server and interacts with the rest of our (already existing) PHP application without any problem, e) a three (3) weeks period for testing and debugging has passed since (b) and any bugs found in your code during this period have been successfully fixed by you at no extra cost. It may be necessary to work remotely on our development server (note that our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00, GMT+02 (excluding official holidays). Working on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), or evenings, might also be possible upon request). Please read the attached document and place your bid only if you agree with the above prerequisites.
