Write some Simple Customer Name List Software

Hey guys thanks for reading. I need a simple piece of software made and I have a mock up of the GUI for you and will outline every single thing it needs to do here so you can estimate the time and effort this would take you. I dont want to spend a fortune so please dont send wacky bids! lol Ok so heres what it should do and why I want it. The main purpose is to keep track of a list of avatar names in an online video game that I work for. I need a way to keep track of their names and add or delete names as I see fit. I also need to have a way to scan in a log that I have when sending them items. The scan feature needs to find the names that show as "unknown avatar" and collect them, show those results then have a button where i can delete them from the master list of names. People change names often and I want to be able to know how many customers I have by deleting their old names. (see mockup for a better idea) Also, some avatars get disabled (basically lose their accounts) and I want a way to remove them from the master list also - they have disabled put on the end of their avatar names once banned so the program needs to search the master list for those names and delete with one click. so to clarify this program needs: 1. To reliably keep names saved 2. be able to have names added or deleted (one per line) with no max number at once 3. scan for any disabled members on the list tab and delete all in one click 4. give text confirmation messages when clicking buttons (like "5 disabled deleted!") 5. keep track and show many members there is above the master list window
