Write Excel 07 VBA code to update a Big Commerce Site

I need a few Subroutines written that will enable me to update my Big Commerce inventory files through their API.
Because I need to be able to tweak this over time, I need this to work within Excel 2007 VBA. I have done this in the past using web tools ([login to view URL]) with success.
Specifically I need to be able to update the Products Fields:

and Options:

As well as to delete existing Products and/or Product Options
