Hi Everyone, Joomla recently updated on my server (automatically) and now TinyMCE will no longer format text correctly. I run a crowdfunding site and I have tried but can't fix the issue. I need a Joomla person to simply fix the issue.
Campaigners used to be able to copy and paste text into the TinyMCE text box and the bolding, paragraph, line breaks, headings etc. would all work. Now though, everything just gets jumbled into one paragraph and no matter how many times they rewrite and save their content, the formatting is destroyed. This of course is not making them happy. Me either. Likewise, they no longer have the ability to add iframes to the content which is needed for subsequent videos in their projects in TinyMCE. All of this needs fixed.
I need someone with some good understanding of Joomla to diagnose and fix the issue. I'm willing to pay $50 for someone who can provide a quick fix. Like I said, I have tried, but I just don't know how to fix this.
