lightweight hand-held retractable scooper. We are looking for a small to moderate size so consumers are not dealing with a bulky item (5-8 in length by 3-4 in by 3-4 in). Looking for the item to retract once requiring use, engage biowaste of domesticated animal by ejecting the arm of the product which controls, by hand, the clamp/claw to secure the biowaste in plastic. Once retracted arm is prompted via a small motor or mechanically - back into itself, it will disposal of plastic bag/ biowaste through release on product.
