I need to develop a table with multiple columns and where the first column has a checkbox and which are linked with inquiry button so if a user checks the checkbox and click on the inquiry button a popup form will open that contains or autofilled selected column details and some more fields which are filled by user and than send button which will send email to admin and confirmation mail to user also with all the details fill in form. Data should fetch from data base Table should have ajax serch and filter for columns. And the above fiction Enquiry form lay is attached
