Wordpress Website Edits and Re-Create Theme Based Screenshots of Old Theme

Hi we are looking for some help with an existing install of wordpress. The site was moved from another server and the layout broke and old theme seems corrupt. We'd like the design recreated in a new theme template based on the provided screenshots. Also we need to also make the following edits. Please see attached files. The theme we want to use called pro [login to view URL] (we have purchased this already and installed). Then need to make sure the theme works responsively the way its suppose to on web and mobile devices. Have all the photos describe below in dropbox and can share when ready. Will give hosting and wp-admin access to complete this work. If needed could change the diamond design to squares or something else that looks good if having problems making them responsive. 1. Change photo at top of page to “Photo #1”. Ensure climber is framed similarly to existing photo. 2. Make “About us” link box route to “About” page. 3. Link text in four diamonds with the following pages: a. “We Are Integrated Ops” text links to “About” page. b. Remove “Learn more” link box in top diamond c. “Who We Are” text links to “Team” page. d. “What We Do” text to link to “Services” page. e. “Contact Us” text to link to “Contact” page. 4. Edit headers and reroute sub-links at bottom of all pages. 5. Contact information to be edited on all pages. 6. Link these icons to our facebook and Instagram pages. This will need to be done on all pages. About Page 7. Replace photo at left side of page with re-edited version (Photo #4 in dropbox). Photo arrangement, cropping and placement should be the same. Services Page 8. Remove “Learn more” link box. 9. Build respective Services pages (5 total) to link with each of the diamonds. Text in each diamond to serve as link to respective pages. 10. Replace photo in “Utilities” diamond with Photo #5 in dropbox 11. Replace photo in “Urban Forestry and Fire Hazard Abatement” with Photo #6 in dropbox Projects Page 12. Remove Projects Page and all tabs directing to Projects Page until further work can be done. Team Page 13. Replace photo at top of page to re-edited version titled "About Page and Top of Team Page" in dropbox. 14. Adjust page layout so that text fits into space. 15. Adjust photo of Crispin so that he is more centered and/or zoom out so that more of his body is in image. 16. Replace stock image with photo of Clayton (photo still to come). Contact Page 17. Replace photo at top of page to photo titled "Top of Contacts Page" in dropbox folder. We're also looking for as quick turn around time as possible for this project. Thanks in advance.
