We have a client who is a real estate agent and wants to develop a website that shows his specific property listings with daily automated updates. Technically, each day an external site will send a data file to our server via FTP. This will be in ZIP format. For example, for each property, the data file would have a unique PropertyID, property description, size, asking price, location, links to images of the property, etc. We need someone to write a script that will unzip this file, parse the contents, and update the relevant tables in a MySQL database. The data from MySQL should then be pulled into a WordPress site. We need someone with both the coding and graphic design skills to create this website. When responding to this request, please outline your relevant experience with integrating external data sources into a WordPress site. Would it be a plugin that you'd write? We prefer to pay by the job rather than by the hour, so if the detail provided is insufficient for your time estimate, please let us know and we can provide the specific format of the data file

A cron job will be setup for the purpose. b. The script will retrieve the data file from the FTP folder. c. The file to be unzipped and the data inside it to be read and parsed. d.
