It is probably due to memory limit or permissions on files. If you have FTP account with permission to change file permissions (ftp user must be owner of files so it can change file permissions) and change memory limits i can take a look and try to fix This is working on your wamp or apache because permissions are good and memory limit is big enough or unlimited...
