Hey I need a programmer for Ezhealthmd.com. These are the changes. Let me know if you can do them and the estimated cost. Also if you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks, 1. Please remove the breast cancer pop up 2. Sign up with Google does not work. 3. On the sign up page when you go to the bottom there is a title that says “PAGES” under that the Home and Blog page load very slow. Under Terms of Conditions Privacy Policy is slow and under our community, read patients stories is slow 4. In the home page instead of saying RECEIVE FREE MEDICAL ADVICE it should say RECEIVE FREE MEDICAL GUIDANCE. 5. On the sign up, it says on the side Join a Support Groups. It should say Join a Support Group. 6. On the bottom of sign up it repeats and says Join a Support Group. Please get rid of the second one on the bottom. One is enough 7. Please get rid of all testing stuff we did to test the site. 8. In the sign up there are backslashes and also when they choose there condition. Please get rid of all of them. 9. What condition did/do you have is not aligned with the answer box. 10. On top of the sign up it should have a reason to sign up. It should state in elegant font “ By signing up you’re helping others to know you. We understand it’s annoying process but you only need to do it once!” 11. When the support groups were active should not be listed. 12. I am not getting notifications anymore of people signing up and sharing stories. I need to be able to have a way to see that right away. 13. Ezhealthmd sign up email goes to spam. 14. When they sign up, they should be prompted to post a pic of themselves. It should state “Please upload a picture so that other’s can easily engage with you more readily”
