Wordpress + CRM + Email/SMS Campaigns

I have a Clickfunnels landing/squeeze page, [login to view URL], that I pay $97 per month for.
I was wondering if this can be duplicated into Wordpress, maybe with a CRM such as Active Campaign.
I offer a service to help normal people who have ideas/inventions take their ideas from napkin sketch to market. We charge low monthly fees - like a membership, with 3 levels. We then have "steps" that they purchase separately so I need an e-commerce solution for this. We do not provide content, we coach them in the process.
I also have 700 leads that I want to start an email and SMS campaign that is as automated and intelligent as possible.
Many CRMs offer 2 way email facilities and 2 way SMS communication - this is important for us.
I need a Wordpress site because I have a client portal plugin that I want to use that only works when connected to a Wordpress site - although I could just have a dormant Wordpress page/site to facilitate this plugin if required.
Ideally I do not want to have to login to numerous platforms. A one stop shop is preferred but it must be exceptionally user friendly.
I have quite a big wish list for the CRM.
I have tried people on Fiverr but I am not impressed with anyone so far, hence coming here to Freelancer.
This is an urgent, genuine request and ideally we would like someone to project manage our sites/email campaigns/CRM on an ongoing basis.
I do not mind where in the world you are BUT it is essential you are totally FLUENT IN ENGLISH to avoid any misunderstanding and confusion. It becomes very obvious very quickly if people are not fluent so please respect this request.
