WordPress Blog Posts Archive Formatting

We would like our blog posts section to have a different style than it has now. Our theme is understrap (bootstrap based), so the standard archives and post page is unstyled. We can customize the theme (using the child theme) or you can use visual composer, which we already have installed. Visual composer has some templates, but they don't match this look. I'm assuming you would need to customize their grid items. Maybe be easier to custom code the layout using the child theme instead, but it's up to you! Requirements: -First three posts are the three most recent, then the other most recent will appear below. When you add a post it will appear in the top three section as the largest post thumbnail. You can use bootstrap layout or visual composer. -Second section of posts will have a thumbnail then content to the right. -Layout will have a sidebar -Sidebar will include a godaddy form (we can provide code), social icons (font awesome are fine, we already have some in the footer), and recent posts with thumbnails -More posts can load more without refreshing the page or we are open to infinite scroll option. -This isn't a huge budget project, it should be simple and straightforward. We still expect you to provide clean code with minimal scripts, proper enqueuing, no php errors, proper coding.
