WordPress automatic Image ratio fix by padding, not cropping

I'm seeking a Wordpress plugin that will automatically create a thumbnail image for Facebook sharing at a specific ratio by padding (not cropping) as follows: 1) Operates automatically when a new image is uploaded to WordPress site 3) Adjust Ratio: Adjust image ration to 1.9 : 1 (width:height) by centering the image and padding each size with white. No cropping! 2) Scaling: a) If source image is over 630 px tall then proportionally scale the image to 630px tall. The final image with be 1200 x 630 px. b) if original source image was less than 630 px tall the final image will be the same height as the source image and have a 1.9:1 ratio 3) saves resulting image in uploads folder with WP standard naming scheme as follows: originalName-widthxheight where original name is the source image name, height is height in pixels and width is width in pixels, for example: [login to view URL] Ideally this plug in installs and runs using a standard Wordpress configuration, but if it does require a specific graphic library the library needs to be well supported, ideally (but not absolutely) open source ... and you must document the library installation and update process.
